Reporting through the Accounting Manager, accounting positions are responsible for overseeing the payables, receivables and cash control process from each of the branches. Depending on the position duties will include vendor reconciliation and follow-up, review of branch payable batches, data entry for Administration payables, facilitation of the weekly cheque runs, typing and filing of correspondence and other clerical duties as assigned. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years office experience with knowledge of the A/P process and/or A/R process, excellent telephone and computer skills and the ability to process paper flow accurately and efficiently.
