This position is responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties related to the efficient operation of the branch. Duties will include various A/R and A/P functions, assist customer service and sales operations with paper flow, typing and filing of correspondence and other clerical duties as assigned. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 – 3 years office experience with knowledge of the A/R and A/P process, excellent telephone and computer skills and the ability to process paper flow accurately.
