Parts Personnel
The successful candidate must be a highly innovative and motivated individual who will be responsible for maintaining the parts room. It will be essential for the candidate who fills this position to ensure high company standards are met. The successful candidate must have the ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment and posses the desire to learn and accept the challenge of satisfying difficult customer requests. Responsibilities will include:
- Interfacing with customers in a courteous, business-like manner.
- Generate and track PO’s.
- Order, receive, and track parts.
- Process work orders and customer invoices.
- File and track warranty claims.
- Source parts locally to reduce parts costs and equipment down time.
- Keep paperwork current to insure thorough action on all transactions.
- Fill in for Service Manager when Service Manager is away from the shop.
